Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Lebanon. This role is for someone who understands both the technical and commercial sides of SaaS — someone who can speak confidently with clients, understand their business and technical requirements, and demonstrate how the right software solution can solve their problems.You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams throughout the sales cycle, from understanding customer requirements and delivering product demos to answering technical questions and supporting the solution design. What we’re looking for: Lebanese professionalBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field5+ years of professional experience, with strong exposure to SaaS, software solutions, technical sales, or pre-salesHands-on experience working with SaaS products and B2B customersStrong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutionsConfident delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussionsComfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong commercial mindset with an understanding of the sales processExcellent communication and client-facing skills in English and Arabic We’re looking for someone who can go beyond simply presenting a product — someone who can understand the customer's problem, build credibility from a technical perspective, and help turn the right solution into a successful sale.
