RequirementsHave strong relevant experience focused on transactional work, with exposure to agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal knowledge into actionable feedback for AI systems.Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
