About The Role Namou Properties is looking for a highly technical, systems-driven Sales Business Analyst to join our remote team. You'll bridge data and operations by optimizing processes through automation, AI, and data-driven solutions. You'll take ownership of internal systems, building automations, integrating AI agents, and developing intelligent workflows to improve efficiency across our real estate and property management operations. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain reliable automation workflows using n8n and other toolsDeploy and manage AI agents to streamline business processes, enhance communication, and reduce manual workWrite and optimize SQL queries to generate accurate reports and actionable insights for leadershipMaintain and optimize internal databases, knowledge bases, and existing automation workflowsAnalyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable automation solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve operational efficiency Requirements Strong hands-on experience with JavaScriptProven experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining workflows in n8nExperience working with APIs and integrating third-party systemsFamiliarity with AI agents and their practical application in business operationsStrong SQL skills for data extraction, reporting, and analysisAbility to work independently in a remote environment The "A+" Factor (Bonus Skills) Database Design: Deep knowledge of database architecture and design is considered an A+ and will make your application stand out.
