Role Type: Full-timeEngagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with 4-5+ years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets, generating measurable ROI, and developing paid social strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.You should be confident taking full ownership of Meta advertising accounts, analyzing campaign performance, testing creative strategies, and scaling successful campaigns while maintaining profitability. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and InstagramBudget Management: Manage and strategically allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and minimize customer acquisition costsCampaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROASAudience Targeting: Develop and test prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audience, and broad targeting strategiesCreative Testing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop, test, and refine high-converting ad creatives, copy, and messagingTracking & Attribution: Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion trackingPerformance Reporting: Build and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendationsScaling Campaigns: Identify winning campaigns and scale advertising spend efficiently without compromising profitabilityFunnel Optimization: Analyze landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to improve overall campaign performancePlatform Expertise: Stay updated on Meta advertising algorithm changes, platform updates, and paid social best practices Requirements 4-5+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaignsDemonstrated success in scaling paid social campaigns and delivering strong ROI/ROASAdvanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Events ManagerStrong understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget optimizationHands-on experience managing significant monthly advertising budgetsExpertise in Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion tracking, and attributionProven ability to develop and execute structured A/B testing strategiesStrong analytical skills and experience using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting toolsExperience working with e-commerce brands, lead generation businesses, or digital marketing agenciesExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results in a fast-paced remote environmentA strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign performance and successful scaling Nice to Have Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platformsFamiliarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid acquisition channelsExperience managing multiple client advertising accounts simultaneouslyKnowledge of landing page optimization, CRO, and marketing automationPrevious experience working with UK, US, or international clients Benefits �� Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams�� Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network�� Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement�� Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we'll match you with options that fit your goals
