As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients, balancing creativity with practical considerations.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraintsDevelop comprehensive design concepts and present them to clients using visual aids and samplesCreate detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections using 3D MAX, Revit, AutoCAD and other design softwareCoordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designsOversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetsSource furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with the design vision and client requirementsConduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during implementationStay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable practices, and local building codesManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailProvide excellent customer service throughout the design processQualifications 3 years of experience in interior design Proficiency in 3D MAX, AutoCADknowledge of other design tools such as Photoshop and InDesign is a plusStrong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projectsExcellent spatial awareness and ability to translate client needs into functional designsIn-depth knowledge of current design trends, styles, and sustainable practicesFamiliarity with building codes and regulations in LebanonOutstanding organizational and project management skillsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and ArabicAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detailCustomer-focused approach with experience in client relationsTeam player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholdersAdaptability to changing project requirements and client feedbackAdditional Informationcontact 81885775 for submiting your cv
