Boost by BanterBoost is the revenue engine behind Crypto Banter and its creators. It handles sponsorships, advertising and affiliate deals. We act as the external BD team for creators: we bring in the deals, and we don't run their social accounts. The roleYou'll own the full sales cycle with crypto projects that need real users. That means payment cards, neobanks, exchanges, L1s and other B2C products. You'll sell across YouTube integrations, podcasts, interviews, X campaigns, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram and in-person event sponsorships. Clients are in the US, Europe, Asia and Dubai. You will be joining a small, growing team at a media brand that millions of crypto-native people already follow and trust. That brand equity is real, and it is yours to leverage from day one. What You'll DoBuild your own pipeline through cold outreach, your network and inbound leads.Run discovery calls, shape campaigns around what each client actually wants to achieve, and close.Keep your CRM and pipeline clean, without anyone chasing you.Work closely with the hosts and creators to deliver campaigns. What we're looking forA proven closer, ideally in media, advertising, sponsorship or B2C sales. Crypto knowledge is a MUST.Strong cold outreach. A network helps, but we hire for sales skill first.A self-starter who is organised and consistent, and thrives working remotely across time zones.Comfortable in a fast, always-on environment where availability and flexibility matter.
