Role Description This is a full-time,Consultant role based in Jal El Dib. The Sales Consultant will identify potential clients, conduct consultations to understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable insurance products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and closing new business while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing ongoing support to existing clients, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth policy onboarding and renewal process. The Sales Consultant will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and represent Auroralife Insurance professionally in all client interactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Candidates should be 25 and above Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar consultative sales environment is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; Bac || is a must.
