Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Advisor role located in Beirut. The Insurance Advisor will meet with clients to assess their insurance needs, review existing policies, and recommend appropriate coverage options. Daily responsibilities include explaining insurance products and terms, preparing quotations, processing applications, and following up on renewals and policy changes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and insurance providers, maintaining accurate client records, and responding promptly to client inquiries. The Insurance Advisor is expected to provide high-quality customer service, stay informed about market trends and regulations, and contribute to achieving sales and service targets. Qualifications Strong knowledge and practical experience in Insurance and Finance, with the ability to analyze coverage options and financial implications.Background in Consulting, including assessing client needs and providing tailored advisory solutions.Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Beirut, manage multiple client cases, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with office software and insurance management tools.Previous experience in an insurance, financial services, or advisory role is an advantage.
