Job description
Introduction We are seeking a warm and professional Hostess to join our hospitality team. In this full-time, in-person role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable visit. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan to optimize guest flow. Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and services. Coordinate with serving staff to ensure efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction. Handle phone calls professionally, including reservation bookings and guest requests. Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Willingness to work full-time hours on-site. Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with reservation management software. Multilingual abilities to assist diverse guests. Previous experience working in a high-volume hospitality setting. Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
